PROJECT 2006-2008:
The EUnetHTA Project involved 64* organisations - 1 Main Partner, 33 Associated Partners, and 30 Collaborating Partners*. In total, 33 countries (Europe: 25 EU and 2 EEA countries (Norway, Iceland), Switzerland and Serbia; outside Europe: Australia, Canada, Israel, USA) participated in the project.
The EUnetHTA project consisted of eight separately managed Work Packages (WPs), each led by a Lead Partner.
Lead WP organisations were responsible for coordination within the WP and for timely and complete information (management report) provision to the Coordinating Secretariat.
The governance structure included the Steering Committee consisting of the Associated Partners participating in the project and the Executive Committee representing the main and lead WP partners. The head of the main partner chaired the Steering Committee.
A separate open EUnetHTA Stakeholder Forum was developed during the project for the views and feedback exchange among relevant stakeholder grups to ensure transparency and early involvement of relevant parties in the development process.
The Coordinating Secretariat at the Main Partner provided managerial support to the overall project and ensured ongoing contact to the DG SANCO.
