The plenary

 

The plenary will include presentations on the results from the EUnetHTA project:

o HTA Core Model

o HTA Adaptation toolkit

o Monitoring system for new technologies 

o Information system for emerging technologies

o Interface between HTA and health policy

o Capacity-building for HTA

o EUnetHTA HTA information system

EUnetHTA discussion stations

 

During the 2nd coffee break – after the panel discussion – the conference participants will have an opportunity to discuss in details the results of the project and issues of the European HTA collaboration with the representatives from the EUnetHTA work packages. Each discussion station will focus on the specific EUnetHTA result, eg,  Core HTA Model, HTA Adaptation toolkit, monitoring of new healthcare technologies, etc.

The discussion station on the International Collaboration in HTA will offer an opportunity to discuss with the representatives from the International Network of Agencies for HTA (INAHTA), HTAi, and EuroScan.

Panel Discussion

The purpose of this stakeholder panel discussion is to encourage discussions among stakeholders about their views on European collaboration for HTA, its added value and to elicit their “desires” for the future of health technology assessment in Europe.

Representatives of the European HTA organisations, European umbrella organisations for patients, healthcare industry, healthcare managers participate as panellists.
