Registration fees cover the access to the conference room, conference documentation, lunch, coffee breaks and cocktail reception.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation should be notified in writing by mail, e-mail or fax to Europa Organisation
Cancellation received before October 1, 2008: a fee of Euros 35 will be charged
Cancellation received between October 1 and October 20, 2008: 50% penalties
Cancellation received after October 20, 2008: no refund
Deadline for registration is October 30, 2008. Registration after October 30 is on availability basis.
Payment and Confirmation:
Registration fees are in Euros, and include VAT.
Your registration form must be accompanied by your payment in Euros, either by check, credit card or bank transfer. Registrations without payment will not be processed. Upon receiving a complete registration form, Europa Organisation will send out a confirmation of receipt within three (3) working days. The final confirmation letter of your registration will only be sent after confirmation of payment.

Insurance
EUnetHTA Organising Committee accepts no liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to the conference delegates, either during or as a result of the conference. You are kindly requested to check the coverage of your own insurance.
Data Privacy Policy
The processing of personal data given by participants is solely dedicated to registration. No submitted information shall be rented, sold, or given away to any third party businesses or individuals. According to Law 78-17 dated January 6, 1978, particpants have at any time the right to request access to their personal data and obtain any suitable correction thereof, as well as the right to oppose. In order to use this right, participants have to contact Europa Organisation registration services.
