 Stakeholder Meeting June 13, 2008

Background

EUnetHTA holds an interest in discussing with European umbrella organisations, approaches to stakeholder involvement in EUnetHTA and in future Collaboration. Therefore a stakeholder meeting was arranged to take place in Rome June 13, 2008. The meeting was organised by Universita Cattolica del Sacre Cuore, Rome, Italy, and the Danish Centre for Health Technology Assessment (DACEHTA). The Europe Congress Center at University Cattolica del Sacre Cuore hosted the meeting.

The meeting was an opportunity for face-to-face contact between EUnetHTA members and stakeholders and among HTA stakeholders. The meeting focused on the current status and future plans for the EUnetHTA collaboration, which stakeholder activities to initiate and the formulation of a stakeholder policy for the EUnetHTA Collaboration. Representatives from the stakeholder organisations listed at this website under the different stakeholder groups had been invited to participate.
